In 2024, worked on security and AI integration to prevent the platform from fraudsters and spammers.
In 2023, took up the Growth charter, working on Product-led growth strategies and expanding user acquisition channels.
In 2022, as a Product Management lead, shipped core functionalities, like matchmaking, payments, and messaging.
In 2021, post launch, setup product ops and built internal tools for ops workflow.
In 2020, I started as a designer, building design system and foundational setup for QA, Project Management, and Analytics.

Community I Manage

The largest community of IIT Kharagpur alumni focused on building products, with 300+ members ranging from Group PMs at major tech companies to Associate Product Managers and founders. I’ve organized over 30 online events, managed job postings, provided resume reviews, and assisted with interview preparation. Offline meetups are in the works.

Key lessons learned while managing the community:

Conversations can't be forced. Allow someone to initiate, and ensure they find value once they do.
Avoid over-regulating. The community is filled with smart individuals who self-moderate.
Ensure every conversation provides value. If two people have a niche discussion, document it in a way that benefits the broader group.

I’m in my late 20s. I have had my “Bunny” phase of life, but now I am getting used to the “Kabir” phase, IYKWIM.

I’m currently obsessed with Airfryer. You will often find me uploading my Airfryer experiments. I am trying to make my daily protein intake tastier and fun.

Don’t follow me on Instagram; otherwise, you will become obsessed with getting fit. I aspire to be a mountaineer—to climb Everest—so I spend a good amount of time training every week.

The goal for 2025 is to run the Hell Race—Jaisalmer—100km and climb >5000m peaks and passes in the Himalayan ranges.
